PHJOI Terms and Conditions

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to all references throughout this document and any related PHJOI communications:

2Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the PHJOI platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the PHJOI platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on PHJOI, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. PHJOI strictly prohibits underage gambling and applies age verification processes in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• You are accessing the PHJOI platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted for individuals.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of PHJOI, or of any entity that provides services to PHJOI that could create a conflict of interest with fair gaming.
• You have not previously been excluded from PHJOI through the self-exclusion program or been banned from the platform for violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person. Third-party account operation, including managing accounts on behalf of others or acting under instruction from another person for betting purposes, is strictly prohibited at PHJOI.
• You are of sound mental capacity to enter into legally binding agreements and understand the nature of online gaming, including the risk of financial loss.

4Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the PHJOI platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or linked payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

PHJOI may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request or at any point during account operation. KYC documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal requests held until verification is completed.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• PHJOI accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
• Players are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and must update their details promptly if any information changes.
• PHJOI reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to have been opened with inaccurate information.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHJOI account credentials — username, password, and any security codes associated with your account or linked payment methods. PHJOI will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. Any communication claiming to be from PHJOI that requests your password should be reported to us immediately at support@phjoi.net.

You must notify PHJOI immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. PHJOI will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their credentials voluntarily or negligently.

6Deposits

All deposits on PHJOI are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱) through the available local payment channels. PHJOI accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The current minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Deposits made through Philippine payment channels are typically credited to your PHJOI wallet within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the channel used. PHJOI does not charge transaction fees on deposits processed through local Philippine payment methods.

• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the name of the PHJOI account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• PHJOI reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit, particularly for large transactions or in circumstances that trigger anti-money laundering review.
• Deposits made to PHJOI are subject to responsible gaming limits set by the player or imposed by PHJOI under its responsible gaming obligations.
• PHJOI is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems outside of PHJOI's control.

PHJOI complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits that trigger regulatory review thresholds may require additional documentation before being credited or processed.

7Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of cleared real-money funds from their PHJOI wallet at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices.

The minimum withdrawal amount at PHJOI is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard player accounts, though very large single withdrawals may be processed in tranches and may be subject to additional KYC verification before release.

• Withdrawal requests are processed by PHJOI within one (1) business day of approval. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–5 minutes of processing.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank typically take 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Players must have completed basic account verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Incomplete KYC documentation will hold withdrawal requests until resolved.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• PHJOI reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request for security review or regulatory compliance purposes. Players will be notified of any such delay and provided with an estimated resolution timeline.

8Betting Rules

All bets placed on the PHJOI platform are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the platform. In case of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over these general rules for the relevant market.

• A bet is confirmed and binding once a confirmation message is displayed to the player and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the player's PHJOI wallet.
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that bet. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• PHJOI reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started where the system has accepted the bet in error, or where the outcome was knowable at the time the bet was placed.
• Bets on events that are subsequently abandoned, cancelled, or voided by the relevant governing body will have stakes returned to the player's PHJOI wallet as cash, unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
• PHJOI reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any player at any time without prior notice and without obligation to explain the reason for the limitation.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error, system fault, incorrect odds publication, or manifest pricing error may be voided by PHJOI. The correct odds will be applied to the relevant bets where possible, or stakes returned at PHJOI's discretion.

For PBA betting specifically, all markets are governed by the official Philippine Basketball Association match results. For Sabong, results are determined by the accredited officiating body for the relevant event as recognized by PHJOI. Virtual sports outcomes are generated by a certified Random Number Generator engine that is independently audited for fairness.

9Casino Games

All casino games available on the PHJOI platform — including live roulette, live table games, slots, and other RNG-based games — operate on certified software platforms. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators for RNG games, or by live dealer actions for live casino products.

PHJOI's live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Live game outcomes are final once the round is complete. Any technical disconnection that occurs during a live casino round will be handled according to the game provider's applicable rules, which are displayed within each game interface.

• Casino game results are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of demonstrable technical fault.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each casino game before playing. Game rules are accessible within each game interface on PHJOI.
• PHJOI may place game-specific restrictions on bonus fund usage — certain game categories may not contribute to bonus wagering requirements or may be excluded from bonus play entirely.

10Bonuses and Promotions

PHJOI offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable terms before claiming any bonus at PHJOI.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• PHJOI reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, though this will not affect bonuses already claimed by players prior to withdrawal of the offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time in a player's PHJOI account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. PHJOI reserves the right to cancel bonuses and adjust account terms for players identified as professional or advantage players, at PHJOI's sole discretion.
• Depositing funds while a bonus is active may affect the bonus status — players should check the specific promotion terms before making additional deposits.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting using PHJOI bonuses, coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts, or reverse arbitrage — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PHJOI platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one PHJOI account, regardless of the method used or the identity presented.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Using the PHJOI platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Accessing the PHJOI platform via automated scripts, bots, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting system errors, software glitches, or incorrectly posted odds for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your PHJOI account by any third party, including for the purpose of proxy betting.
• Any form of collusion with other players or with third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes on PHJOI.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the PHJOI platform, including denial-of-service attempts or unauthorized access to PHJOI's systems.
• Making defamatory, abusive, or threatening communications toward PHJOI staff or other players through any PHJOI communication channel.

12Responsible Gaming

PHJOI is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. We operate in accordance with applicable Philippine responsible gaming standards.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all PHJOI players at no cost, accessible from the account settings page or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing total session time and net gaming activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account. Temporary exclusions range from 30 days to 6 months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Cool-Off Period: A short-term break from gaming of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days, during which no deposits or bets can be placed.

13Privacy and Data Protection

PHJOI's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, PHJOI collects only the personal data necessary to operate a compliant and secure gaming platform under Philippine regulations. Your data is not sold to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to PHJOI's legal retention obligations under applicable Philippine law.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHJOI's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the PHJOI platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

PHJOI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if PHJOI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• PHJOI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond PHJOI's reasonable control.
• PHJOI is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security as required under Section 5 of these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes PHJOI's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by PHJOI's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

15Amendments to These Terms

PHJOI reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, PHJOI will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of PHJOI's Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page at phjoi.net/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the PHJOI platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should stop using the PHJOI platform and contact support@phjoi.net to initiate the account closure process and arrange withdrawal of any available balance.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact PHJOI's support team at support@phjoi.net to attempt an informal resolution. PHJOI is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly, and the majority of account and payment-related issues can be resolved through direct communication with our support team without the need for formal proceedings.
